Neat Cutting Oil

Neat Cutting Oil is a premium-grade straight cutting oil specially developed for high-precision and heavy-duty metal cutting operations. It is formulated from refined mineral base oils and fortified with extreme pressure (EP) additives to ensure excellent lubrication and reduced friction during machining.

This oil is used without water dilution (“neat”), providing a smooth surface finish, preventing welding of metal chips, and protecting tools from wear. It ensures superior performance in operations such as gear cutting, threading, drilling, and deep hole boring.

Why do we use it?
Neat Cutting Oil is used for high-precision and heavy-duty metal cutting operations where maximum lubrication is required.
